Risk reduction reviews yield essential information that can be utilized by an organization or activity in carrying out its environmental management responsibilities.
Risk reduction reviews are not a legal requirement under any specific law or regulation. Rather, it is a proactive management tool which is used to consciously identify environmental problems before they occur in order to take preventative measures.
